HOW DO YOU HELP A GERMAN COMPANY EXPAND INTO THE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE AMERICAN PHARACEUTICALS MARKET? HOW DO YOU TELL ITS STORY IN AN EFFICIENT YET EMOTIVE WAY? YOU LEARN ABOUT ITS HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THOSE IN DEVELOPMENT. YOU ADAPT THE GERMAN BRAND FOR THE AMERICAN MARKET. YOU PUT IT ALL IN A COMPELLING BRANDSCAPE.

The challenge was to develop an American position for a well known German pharmaceuticals company. Working with Coombs Marketing and Tracey Wickey, PAKAN developed a storyboard from a script by Kathy Muscato. It was imperative that both clients and future investors were presented with specific, up to date product information. Graphically, color and form needed to be true to the German brand, right down to the red sphere used as a core identity element throughout. This was key to the Schwarz brand identity. The goal of the video, produced by Sue Avery, was to create interest and clarity by telling a story that visually fit the Schwarz brand. It also had to help solidify the many relationships that are so important to drug development.
