HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE PERCEPTION OF A BUSINESS WITHOUT CHANGING ITS LOCATION AND NAME? YOU DISCOVER THE NEW OWNER’S VISION TO TRANSFORM IT FROM A TRADITIONAL HAIRDRESSER INTO A VIBRANT NEW CULTURE. YOU CREATE A NEW IDENTITY FOR MATERIALS THAT CAPTURES AND REFLECTS A GREEN, FRESH, AND NATURAL BRAND ESSENCE.

Evolutions Salon had been a mainstay in the upscale Main Street neighborhood of Fairport, New York for several years. Its only identification was a sign out front. The look was dated and plain. When Juliette Wright took over, she had a vision to develop the business into an Avenda concept salon. Her new focus became a natural cosmetics line. She wanted a relaxed, comfortable environment for her clientele. She knew the current identity was not right but wanted to keep the Evolutions name. PAKAN developed a bright, natural green logo for her, one that would complement her new brand driver, the Nature of Beauty. A textured stock is used throughout the identity for appointment cards, business cards and even gift box design. New signage and window cards are also part of the new brand identity package. Transformation is now complete.
